Ian has over 20 years experience in various aspects of fisheries management.

He started as a fish farmer in the South West and Portugal before specialising in fish health with stints in the ornamental industry and as a fish health scientist for the Environment Agency.

Ian has just completed 5 years as a lecturer in Fisheries Studies before setting up Blueroof Ltd.

Jenny has more than 10 years experience in environmental management, specialising in the aquatic environment.

She worked for the Environment agency for 9 years, firstly in freshwater and estuarine biology and then in environmental management.

Subsequently gained a teaching qualification and taught science at secondary level.

Aims to get more schoolchildren out into the environment around them!
